The process

The first day of the workshops gave an overview of the design thinking processes uses various examples related the financial sector and other industries. This allowed the participants to see the value of design thinking and a base understanding of the processes. The second involved going through the entire design process on one project related to the financial sector. This project involved using banking customers and helping solve a problem they experience. The third day was all about working with the groups to help them work through how they can bring elements of design thinking back to their everyday work.
